Our technicians can provide service for your equipment at your location. Depending upon the size of your organization, we can place a technician in your facility one day a week, one day a month or any combination necessary to accommodate your needs.
You are welcome to bring your equipment to our facility for repair. We are open from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and 10:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday.

Every Mac comes with 90 days of telephone support and one year of service coverage at an Apple-authorized repair center, like QuadStar. By purchasing the AppleCare Protection Plan for your Mac, you can extend your coverage to three years from the computer's purchase date. For those purchasing their Apple system through QuadStar, we recommend purchasing the AppleCare Protection Plan at the time of purchase. If you have purchased your Apple system(s) through another channel, please consider purchasing the extended plan through us. Remember, you must make that purchase within the first year of ownership.
