About QuadStar Digital Guidance
QuadStar was founded in September of 1994. Our primary focus is to provide excellent computer service and support to the local educational and business community. Originally, QuadStar focused on the Apple-based educational community. Our customer base has now expanded to where 45% of the customers are non-educational and often Windows-based users.
We provide installation, on-site service and support, telephone support, hardware and software upgrades and custom service.
Our major sales authorizations include Apple, Compaq/Hewlett Packard, IBM and Lenovo.
We provide authorized service/warranty work for most of the computer products that Apple, Compaq/HP, IBM and Lenovo manufacture.
Our technicians are continually trained to keep current on the most recent hardware, software and networking technologies available.
Our mission is to provide you, our client, with quality service, professional support and a commitment that will lead us to a long-term relationship.
