FlashFrozen is a menu item that allows you to quit the Flash plug-in in a browser if a Flash animation is using a significant amount of your Mac's processor cycles or freezing the loading of web pages, which reduces your battery life. FlashFrozen is designed to avoid this issue by providing warnings and a "kill switch" when this happens. Residing in your Mac OS X menu bar, the icon sends a warning by turning red when Flash is using too much power. You may then click on the menu bar icon and chose "Kill Flash Plugin" to quit the Flash plug-in. It will also keep you informed as to what percentage of your processor's power is being used when Flash is active. FlashFrozen works with Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome.
