The Time Capsule is a backup device that works automatically with Time Machine in Mac OS X Leopard and Snow Leopard to wirelessly back up all the computers in your home and/or office to a central location. It is similar to a full-featured AirPort Extreme Base Station with 802.11n Wi-Fi technology and simultaneous dual-band support. It delivers up to five times the performance and up to twice the range of 802.11g wireless networks. Tiger, Windows XP and Windows Vista users can enjoy the benefits of a Time Capsule as well. Because Time Capsule mounts as a wireless hard drive, Tiger and Windows users simply access Time Capsule directly from the wireless network for exchanging and storing files quickly and easily.
